Did i just ruin up my crop?

I'l get straight to the point. I'm 4.5 weeks into flower and i have some gnats so i used 3% H202 , 5ml per litre and watered a gallon in total. ( it's in soil and i know it kills microbes but i felt it would be better not to have gnats) .

I read article after article, on here and elsewhere and it seemed to be a good idea and safe.

So i continue researching just to educate myself more and i come across people talking about the stabilizers in it, and how some of them are toxic and that you have no idea which stabilizers are being used. The most commonly brought up solution to have stabilizers in them was... you guessed it.....the 3% h202's. I read my label before purchasing but i didn't think when it said , *Water/stabilizer* that it meant something bad.

What do i do? Is my plant going to be okay to smoke at harvest? Did i just introduce some bullshit chemicals to my plant?

I thought it was closer to 5 mg per gallon but I'm not sure, tried to look it up but that's the only ratio reference I saw and that was for hydro..?

If you have doubts you might want to flush it with ph'ed water rather than wait ?
-good luck

You' should be fine. It will break down into O2 and H20. The limited amount of stabilizers from one use shouldn't pose a problem when using it at the root zone. In the future you should try and get some 35% food grade H202 which is used in aquaculture/hydroponics. If you do be careful with it and make sure you make a diluted solution and never use it straight. It will also burn your skin.
