I believe spraying with water can help keep dusty pollen from floating around the room.
But no, I don't think you should need to chop the whole plant if theres only one nanner! Just cut off what you did, maybe the branch if you feel it's necessary and keep a close eye out for more. Often no more will even grow. Check for light leaks that can cause stress and hermaphrodites

Apparently water turns the pollen inert, but I still got a few little green seeds. I never chop a plant down unless it's a true hermaphrodite, can't bring myself to it.
Yeah.. thats what I figured. I cant imagine spraying my buds though :).

Water doesn't hurt them.
No thc isnt water soluable, you can imagine buds get rained on fairly often in the outdoors
Yeah.. I get ya. Ive done outdoor, and certainly watched them get rained on. A light rain, no problem. And I get that thc isnt water soluble - I was thinking more along the lines of mold than 'tarnishing' or lowering the quality of the product. I have just always avoided it once they really start flowering - but Im sure under the right conditions it is fine. Thanks for info guys.
