Wow, you can just see the frost even from a distance on the center bud of the three at the back in that first pic. Very nice!
thanks bro! Garden reeespect.. jahJAH.. yea they almost coat the leaves in a V shape making them seem white and green..Christmas is early this year! we must reunite so smoke reports can flourish.. just wait til you see this girl underneath she may have as much bud down low as up high, while most my 1.0 soil girl's are just starting to fill out down below, these 2.0's are thick already and be getting nice and fat now

wow, those all look really good. Some of the frostiest stuff I've ever seen. How long have you been breeding? Do you go through a lot of phenos to select your genetics or just cross the first two plants that pop up?

well..Petro's been laying down mad theory for years, but the true breeding has JUSSSST BEGUN my friend. We're in accumulate genetics and master our recipe mode, Until now we've had a couple local breeders at our side, but now its time the Dons do our own work, and make our own contributions, our own special thanks to Jane and the game..

That said, DP and I will be tinkering for the next few years with our Silver Fox Cross(es)..maybe a Black Domina cross too if we're lucky. He has his sights on several wild yet stable land race jungle sativas, as usual, well I'm focused on a specific couple crosses myself: namely an exotic blue/black/purple/white widow cross..but a psychedelic, crazy OG sativa cross as well..

pheno hunting to me is half the fun. seems some strains have wilder swings than others… chernobyl is one with a lot of different pheno's, diesel, lime sherbet, grapey, citrus, gravy as we've found twice now.. even black widow has a keeper pheno, a purple tasty pheno, the normal pheno, etc..

basically we just get to know each strain best we can, then based on our space, dedicate the goals of the season… I would probably do four 10 gallon beasts at a time per small tent (or 9 at a time per 5x5 tent) but other guys may like to do sea of green to find a pheno. i just don't like having small pots in a small tent. you gotta have aisles if you're using a sea technique, otherwise its a juggling nightmare or you use a watering rod and lose "intimacy". Basically the less you rush i think the higher the chance you will come up with something truly awe inspiring. I see it this way: something that will last decades may take a couple years to nail.. there are advantages to working fast too, tho.. you learn lots. then that knowledge can get applied when quality commands its chance...

@farmasensist nice variety in your wide indoor garden by the way.. are you noticing any adoption of traits (smell mostly, taste maybe) between strains, at all?? we had a AOS Querkle cross that seemed to give it smell to a Chernobyl Haze of ours, as well as a Vortex Bubba.. i may consider dedicating each tent to its own strain from now on.. but I'm rocking two small tents at the moment.. i don't know if i would be so willing to do that if i had your set up.. you having any issues like that? ya mon.. also, whats your favourite strain you grew so far? and why? big up the contributions

I haven't noticed any of them sharing traits but the strains don't have strong smells. So far the only one I've tried is the skunk turd bag seed and it is my favorite. Very frosty and has decent sized buds with a fruity slight fuel smell when it's done maturing. The C99 looks promising but didn't yield much, i might have pulled it too early. Boss' sister should be a good one. She's got a really strong smell and is starting to bulk up.

After reading some reviews it seems like the liberty haze has alot of swing in the phenos. Mine looks like 100% sativa which would be cool but I think the flowering stalled out and its just starting to die. I have some smaller clones flower, hopefully they will do better.

Our unknown Chernobyl cross maturing nicely..at her 7th week birthday today. Almost there. I'd say Grapey diesel with lemon fuel undertones still stands as her description. A bit of a closer view:
