Diagnosis help!

I have 3 plants, all bag seed. They are In soil and they are 2-3 weeks into flower, now I've had my troubles with nitrogen toxicity, heat/light stress but everything worked out. I'm using a 600w HPS in a grow tent in a closet. I think I have a bud problem, first time grower here but it doesn't seem to be any deficiencies, seems to be a bud problem. Any help would be appreciated

Do you see any bugs? Or any under the leaves? If you could post a wide pic of the entire plant and set-up, that would be great.
