Diablo OG AERO Scrog Attempt 1

I like your set up. Especially the way you put the plants off to the side of your res. Created a lot more space for your plants. I'll be checking this one out from time to time. Good luck. Looking good.

So when the plants grow more they will cover up the res?I like this setup just seems like you are wasting alot of light right now.

Thank you, this is my first run with this setup I hope it goes well, so far so good!!

I too think the setup is nice, why or how did you come across this layout for the aero? the roots can grow into the rest without obstruction from another plant... that is GREAT. Just put an airstone in the bottom for the roots that will grow from the tubes and drape into the reservoir.

I'm a hater of expensive nutrients, so I wont go into that... lol

I grow diablo from a clone that I got 3 years ago, so I'm always curious when I see someone growing it if it's the same as mine. It's so distinct that I honestly think I'd be able to tell if it was the same. If you have a good clone of it, you will be happy, because the quality is so good, very dense, smells super good, a lite citrusy , almost grapefruit pungency... fucking awesome, the high is nice too, very pleasant but can make you goofy if you do to much.. I like it when I have nothing to do or focus on, but I'm a person who mostly likes energetic highs that dont effect my head so much that I have a hard time concentrating.. I hate that feeling.

anyway, I digress, I hope your grow goes great! You will enjoy the speed of aero, it's a pleasure to watch and do.

If you look at my first grow you will see how I came up with that design, the roots were out of control.....lol. So a few changes made to my first run that gave me problems should be a vast improvement. My first go was pretty successful, can't wait to flip these to 12/12 it can only get better!

I found that I had more control by spreading the plant using LST and then adding the screen later:
