Designing a new setup

Hello Everyone! I am brand new to the site as this would be my first post for many to come!

I am have grown in the past but currently in the designing of a new grow room in my basement. I plan on using the 13X12' room for flowering and the 4'x3' closet for vegetative.

I plan on doing ebb and flo hydroponics for the vegetative for it's ease of use and low maintenance once it is all dialed in. Right now I am trying to design my vegetative room in the closet. I have 2 100 watt MHs and 2 150 HPS that should work great to luminate the vegetative room (4 lights total). I plan on keeping 2 mother plants in there along with the ability to create 12 plants ready for the flowering room. I am thinking of building a DWC system with the aquarium pumps and plastic container. Would one of these bins be able to hold all 12 or should I split them up to 6 each? Anyone have a good link for this setup? What medium/system would you recommend for the mothers? Soil? DWC? I like low maintenance but I am also all about high yields/quality, an oxymoron of sorts I know. So many questions...if someone could sent me in the right direction for designing my vegetative room that would be awesome.

How big do you plan to grow these plants? 6 plants in a tote dwc would be crowded unless they were being kept small. Maybe run 3 res with 4 plants each. That way each can have a different nute level for different weeks in flower, because you might not always want to take all 12 from veg at the same time.

I am still trying to figure this out... would it be unnecessary to have a rooting DWC setup for new clones then move then to 2" net pots still in vegetative with DWC (the bins I talked about above), then after 4 weeks or so move them to the one plant per 5 gallon bucket ebb and flo system in the flowering room and let them do their flowering for 6 weeks or so? That would be 3 different transfers throughout the life of the plant. The first being rooting the clones for about 10 days, second DWC vegetative for 4 weeks or so, then the final in the flowering room in a large ebb and flo setup hopefully for 6-8 weeks.

Frankly if it were me, I would root the clones in 3 5/8 inch pots 4 to a dwc tote, and then just move those totes into the flower room when ready - no transfers. I'd love to have a 2 room setup like that! You might read the link below on bubbles in the dwc.
