Dense marijuana nugs.

What all factors into the end product of those compact flowers?

Got served a nice fat nug of Deadhead OG today, which prompted me to begin looking


also, where in Colorado may I also find similar harvest available?

I always get tight flowers with low 70's temps.

Genetics play a big part too, but lower temps and small temp swings are good to help keep internode length short which will in turn lead to nice tight dense buds.

Yes there are a lot of factors to play in. I've had strains that will make nugs that will break windows.

lol like my critical mass! That bitch has flowers the size of dimes and they're bending the entire branch... seriously I feel like she's growing rocks!

with that said genetics plays a huge roll but you can help them along by giving them ideal conditions, I find that lower temps helps keep em' tight though. I usually keep it in the light 70's during the day with a ten degree temp drop at night to facilitate color changes.

Same question that I have been asking for a while. Suggestions I received were as mentioned above and move the lights farther away and try growing kush plants. I tried a bottle of Resinator, which is supposed to increase density, but it did not do anything. I am working on temps in my grow, apparently 79 during lights on is too warm for the strains I been growing, so it's time to change some stuff around to lower the temp. I'll use Chef's number of low 70s as a target. Soon I'll sprout some Kandy Kush, Sour Kush and Blue OG.

Lower temps and keeping my hps at least a foot away from the tops.
