Dense Buds.

Well, it has been about 10 weeks of flowering so far and the girls look like they have another two weeks to go and may go a good thirteen weeks before they are at their most ripe.

We took one of the bottom buds from the Carnival Strain and dried it in the oven about a week ago and the potentcy was incredible and funny to think that it was well underipe and to be dried in the oven, it was super smooth.

Not much longer for sure!

Temperatures over 80 degrees break down THC so using an oven or microwave or anything that produces heat over 80 degrees is not the best way to quick dry bud for a test since you will lose THC and what you smoke will not be truly representative of what was grown.

You are right my friend and exactly why the finished product will be incredible!

What I found to be a good way to sample cannabis in the oven for quick drying is to use Stoneware to dry it on.

It does make a difference and make sure that the oven is no more than in the 90's at the coolest setting possible.

Another reason for the smoothness in the smoke that I grow these days, is that I use no bottled fertilizers at all.

I do everything in my growbeds natural.

The finished product is always exceptional when properly cured as you know, but the little Stoneware and oven trick has been a pretty good way to get a jest on how your girls are cooking and that would be the only reason to do it at all.

One of the many observations that I have made since using growbeads, is that the flowering times are always longer by several weeks, but the end result is enough to make the avid Cannabis users in my family, do allot of crying in between harvests and always waiting in line to get " Preacher Boys " sweet and natural grown medicine.

I plan on writing up a whole article very soon " may get good responses and may not, " but I believe that the " Great Spirit " has given me allot of insight on the odd behaviors that these girls can have when grown together in large grow boxes verses planting them as individuals.

They interact in funny ways at times and their behaviors are truly unique in this type setup.

For the new folk and experianced that like yield and especially stealth " they may not be interested in this way of doing it? "

However, the way I do it now, has proven to be the best way to grow organic smoke that is not only potent as you could ask for, but can be dried in an oven and still be smooth, dried and cured properly, " it is smoother than good and fresh Indian Tobacco. "

I am rambling as I am in a very Blessed mood this morning and thanks for any and all comments my friends.

Thanks friend and just remember to put the oven at a low setting and if you have some stoneware or can borrow a pan made from Stoneware, it will be more smooth in your trial.

No substitute however, for proper drying and curing, but O.K. for testing purposes.

Good luck on your Grow!

Thanks my friend and I guess that is why I made a Reverand,LOL!

I can be pretty long winded at times, but I have learned also in life the incredible beauty of silence and listening and that it is the most important.

I have many things going on this time of year " including my own sizeable garden that I tend and a love that I have for many Reptiles that I keep also, but I will soon be putting it together for all to read that wants to.

I have also learned plenty from this wonderful site " what to do and what not to do, " and I always appreciate knowledge that is handed down in a spirited and passive way.

May we all continue to strive to understand this great gift from above that we all know and love as Cannabis and learn how we can educate others to understand the many lies surrounding it and also educate those that already do smoke it, to have a better understanding of it's spiritual qualities and ability to open ones mind and heart with a few other disciplines added to it.

Enough for now.

Be Blessed Always,

Rev,

i have to say, i am thoroughly impressed. first of all, those are really nice lookin buds, and growing them without any bottled nutes is truly an accomplishment. Second, it is so refreshing to see a religious figure on this site with positive things to say about the blessed herb. I think that a lot of people who ignorantly oppose marijuana build their moral foundation from religious teachings. It only makes sense, in relation to being a natural plant and having specific chemicals that interact with man in a certain way, that the creator put ganja here for a reason. while i may not necessarily believe in exactly the same god as you, it gives me hope for the future to see you preaching your word here.

Thanks, brother.

My message changed to a message of truth for all of those who will listen.

Truth came to me and changed my life and now I serve no religion.......I serve myself and my brothers and sisters.

May we all find truth and my message is simple; " The most difficult thing that a man ever had to do when he lost his God, was to find out who God really is and who God really is, is the one image that you see in the mirror every day and have the least amount of confidence in. "

May all of my brothers and sisters get educated and come out of ignorance.
However, the education I am talking about, does not come from a book or school, it comes from experiance and learning from them and remembering that; " A wise man will learn from the mistakes of others. "

May the Great Spirit within guide you my friend.
