Deleting subscriptions

Hey, I may feel stupid after asking this but how do I delete subscriptions from a folder?

I know how to delete the specific folder, but I have like 150 in one and don't need all of them.

Still haven't figured off out over here...

go to the "view all subscriptions" page following the link on the myrollitup page. the link is right under your subscriptions with new posts box. go to that and you can check off the threads you want to unsubscribe to and then go down and select the delete option. if its one that has a new post in it it should have an option to unsubscribe. for example
