Dehumidifier in or out

Hi

I have option for small 25 w dehumidifier 350 ml/day or stronger model 70w. 700 ml/day
Tent is 80x80x160 cm one plant in IT and RH goes up to 80% at night so this is must buy for me
So where to put IT for best performance inside or outside tent ?
Have extractor fan always on so will dehumidifier be efficient inside anywhey?
I pulling new air from Room where the tent is so I guess that I must lower Down RH in that Room or dehumidifier will do the job inside tent instant
I hope you understand my consern

What is the humidity outside of the tent? How often do you want to empty the tank? Bigger units have bigger tanks.

Really dont know RH outsite the tent didn’t do the readings outside... tommorow I will
Doesn’t matter I will do IT every day if I need to
What is your suggestion ?

i just bought a small dehuey too. i modified it by installing a plastic elbow and some tubing into the reservoir and it drains automatically into my floor drain. it helps a bunch in just the few days i've used it.

noise? none. can't even tell it's on.

it's in a 3x4 bloom room.

Same same model that is my first option that 300 ml day
So that will be enaugh for my tent I guess

i think it's for 1000 cubic feet? i'd have to look at the specs again

just put a piece of black tape over the On and Full leds

So your dehumidifier is inside that Room ?
How much % you drop with this model?
Your start % without dehumidifier and now when he is on ?

i didn't measure %, i could just tell it was higher than i wanted.

and yes, it is inside the room.

Hey fella I run a dehumidifier just a wee one that hangs in my 4x4x6 tent with 2 600w hps and a 300w led I get around 100ml to 250ml a night with a rh of 70%-80% at nights and 47%ish in the day time I only run it through flower tho

Here she is I had to strap a ice-cream container underneath cause she leaks alil bit at times, I don't know your climate but beaware of it icing over inside at low temps during winter mine was solid frozen but still working one morning I had a look last winter it scared the fuck out of me tbh
