Defoliating Autos?

Basically that, I have a small tent of 60 cm x 60 cm x 150 cm and I'm running a 150 watts HPS with a SCROG set up. 3 AutoXtreme and 1 Tutankhamon. Does it good or bad to defoliate autos?
