Define "School"

Hey all, In my state the punishment is vastly increased for growing near a school. What exactly does this constitute? Does a daycare or nursery count as this? Thanks

So if you see a building with kids being retarded seals everyday then it's best to assume jury will see it as "drug operation endangering public safety health and exposure to children"

The news could use phrases like marijuana operation only 150 feet from a child daycare

and then it even (the news cam) interviews the parents picking up their kid from the place.
"I'm so shocked this could happen so close oh wha wha plants might lead to concentrate lab operations, etc."

the same applies to a school itself, likewise

any place that is state licensed for the care/learning of a child will fall under the school zone rule

so if a place next door is 100% paper worked and clear with the state u are looking at double the fines and time ............but if it is a illegal daycare u know some mother is running something off the books ....u are only looking at the original fines and time
