Deficiency or Nutrient Lock out ??

I am starting to see what appears to be a Calcium Deficiency or is it Nutrient Lock Out. I'm having a really hard time understanding the difference. This is my second grow with these Barney's Farm Critical Kush plants. This happened on my first grow and I concluded that I was over fertilizing and caused nutrient lockout. With this grow I didnt fertiliza at all until week 7 of Veg and then started feeding every other watering. I am now seeing the same issues with my fan leaves. So, are they now deficient of some key nutrient? Setup info below and pictures attached:

Soil: FFOF
Seeds: Barney's Farm Citical Kush - rooted in Rockwool Cubes transplanted to 1 Pint FFOF
Water: RO Water + 1 tsp Cal/Mag with every watering
Nutrients: No nutrients until week 6 and then 1.5 tsp/gal of Fox Farm Grow. Nutes every other watering.
Current Status: Plants are 8 weeks into Veg and bumped Nutes up to 2 tsp - have only had 3 feedings since birth

Question: So, have I now gone to the other side of the spectrum and have a Nutrient Deficiency due to lack of feeding?

If your ph is in the right zone.
IMHO
You're overdosing your calmag.
Calcium toxicity, will go spotty brown, like that.
Imho, its a bit of a giveaway. Because the spots are starting, from the very centre. Then spreading outwards.
BUT
Only you can know, really.
That chart will be a big help.

PH of water going in ranges between 6.6 and 6.8 consistently. Runoff runs 6.8 to 6.9.
Then use the chart.
Look how available calcium, and magnesium are at 6.6, and 6.8.
You've been supplementing calmag. On top of your nutes.
See what i mean?
Do you really think you're deficient?????
I think 6.6, to 6.8 is a little high for soil too.
Get it, just under 6.5.
Use the chart. Make a decision.

I wouldnt go by your runoff, with soil, either.
Use a stake. Or a soil sample.
For various reasons.
