Deficiency or a fungus ?

It was some yellowing going on lower leaves cause of the small pot.I'm leaning to believe that's a fungus.The rest of the pack has no deficiencies so what could it be o.o

Repot the plant into some fresh soil and a plantpot appropriate for the size of the plant. The plant has suffered root damage and has to be placed into an enviroment where it can regrow a new root mass.

So that's not a fungi ? I did held it pretty long inside that pot,which was very small for it's size.I wanted to keep it short.It's pretty small for it.Probably near 750ml.Why would it get root damage tho ?

Cheers dear sir.That's my first time getting it .I can assure you that the plant is not begging.It has this deficiency tho . I'll be getting my bloom nutes soon( i'm waiting for them to arrive ). Thanks a ton!
