Deficiency of some sort???

Just wondering if anyone can help me diagnose this problem. All of my plants have got dying spots on them and dying leaves after transplanting to a new soil outdoors.
The leaves also turned quite darker.
The soil is 1/3 potting mix, 1/3 compost and 1/3 perlite with blood and bone and a pelletized manure fertiliser added.
The first photo is what they looked like before and the others are the symptoms on the plants now. Any help is much appreciated, cheers.

It looks like it could be a fungus....I’ve seen something like that on diseased tomato plants. Was any of that soil used to grow in a veggie garden?

Nah brand new soil that sat for a month to break down before planting
The only thing i can think of is maybe the pH is way off which ill check when im back there in a day or 2
