Decriminalizing weed in Kalamazoo, Mi

Ive been hearing that possessing small amounts of marijuana in kalamazoo is now decriminalized. I can find articles on the internet saying that it was gonna to be on the november ballot but i cant find one saying what happened. Does anyone know forsure?????????

nope defiantly not decriminalized, although a recent law that was voted in that makes arresting recreational users the popos lowest priority. But the police came out and basically said that it wouldn't change anything, as in you will still get prosecuted if your caught with any amount.

I thought included in that new law was a misdemeanor $100 fine for under an ounce?

yea i heard that too. I found an article that talked about it and the cops pretty much said they always will charge people under state law if this law passes.
