I have a new Maxibrite Daylight 200w led ...

Or

I have a 250w hps light which is also new ...

Which light should I use ....

Either would work, I'd probably go with the LED, because heat could be an issue with HPS. If it's not an issue, your call.

For veg or a mother - the led
For flower - the HPS

Are you in a cold country or hot cos if cold i would just use the hps if heats not a problem as if you use the led in lights off you gonna need to maybe provide heat if you stay somewhere warm then led would probably work better for you imo or you could use both at different stages or whatever

With a hps I think reflector is a big deal for coverage
Same thing with the leds
Best buds always grow under the reflector so bigger the better
