Decision time, need some help-PICS

OK. Here are pics of my 5 big bug plants. They are only 3 1/2 -4 weeks old and they are almost 2 feet! I changed the light cycle to 12/12 to determine sex but I was told I shouldn't do that if I'm going to reveg them. They are showing some signs of sex and I think I had 3 fems.

My question is, looking at the grow room itself, is there enough room in there to flower? I plan on taking a couple clones today, then hitting htem with high N fert and let veg for another week or so. Then start to flower. I do have a separate room thats 6x6x8 but I need to buy some mylar. I was hoping I could keep the plants in the current grow room just because of the reflectivity. The current grow room is about 3x5x4. There is some shading going on but I'm taking clones off the bottom today and I think I'm going to top one plant to "exp[eriment". SO MUCH TO THINK ABOUT! So many options. I probably shoulnd't be stoned.

I know I'm kind everywhere asking a shit load of questions. Let me know your opinions please. Thanks for all your help.

BTW-for what it's worth, I think this forum is great and has been a big help so far.

Looks pretty tight in space there. They looks pretty bushy too, do you know the strain? I doubt you will have enough room, the plants i hear double in size when they bud.

I said it was "big bug" when it's really big BUD. I know I'm an idiot.

Say I get lucky and 3 or 4 of the 5 are females. Do you think that would be enough space then? They are a little less than 2 feet away from the lights right now. I can raise the light maybe another 6 inches or so. I think it will be close but I mght have enough room. If there shading too much or if space gets too close, I'll move them.

You're growing Big BUD? Me too heh.... Odd. What system are you using? looks like hps 400w?

Here is a pic of my 6-7 week girls

Using a 400w switchable HPS/MH.

Your's look lankier than mine. Probably because How close my light is and the limited space. Does growing 2 in those containers work out for ya? If not your first harvest, how much have you gotten and how long did you veg. Last time, I veg'd for like 2 1/2-3 months and had about 3 /14 oz's. Ur plants look pretty good though. Good job.

I'm using the same system. 2 plants in one contrainer is working decent for me so far. I wont know until the actually budding starts. But i like to think that having 2 in one creates a bond with both plants.

My first grow was outisde, it was 4 plants in ONE 5g bucket. I know, pretty insane.
But get this, ALL of the plants were female. All 4. Incredible odds if you ask me. Eventually one plant died off before it could finish ( i would imagine because of rooting). But the other 3 were perfect. I came out with about 8 ounces... maybe more, maybe less.

But, those 2 plants you see in the front are both female, in the same bucket. Could be a coincidence, but you never know =)

No worries man, I have 2 BB plants that still are having a tough time sprouting branches. I think this is a strain that is more about the flowering stage, and less about the veg.

But I appreciate the comments!

If they are getting tall and lanky its because they are not getting enough light. They stretch out tall looking for light. When there is enough light they will become bushy. So light light light (the right type of light) with other var.

Your plants look very nice. and if you are concern about the hight then you might want to (scog). But if you can use the other space that might work better for you.

Peace-

yea I would say if they are lenky, tall, and not too many branches, light is probably the issue. What kind of lights are you using?

Well, I just took 7 clones. I probably fucked it up but what ever. I have more seeds and if I need to I'll buy more. I topped one plant that I'm pretty sure is a female. I'm hitting with a high N fert now for the last time before I start budding. I'm kinda hoping there is a male or 2 so the fems will have more space. As you can see in my pics, space is an issue. Good luck all and I'll let you know about my clones and how the plants are doing overall.

I don't if you are asking me but if so, I'm running a 600w dig hps system on a 6' light mover for the flow and something I maid (four 65w daylight 7000 lum each) light fixture for 4-6 mother plants. I was using six 40w 3000 lum daylight t-12 bulbs. I just started using this new light set-up so I don't how well it works. If I find that it is not doing the plants justice I will get a 250-400 MH system. How do you like your system?

Hey all. See attached. Plants are about 3 weeks into flower. I had to "trim" all but the top 3rd of 1 plant to fit in the room. Flowers are getting bigger and looking great. Also have pics of clones after 1 week in aerogarden. No roots yet but they do look healty. I bought a ph tester, adjusted ph, and am using a little more light to warm it up a little (was only 70F, now 60F).

Let me know what you guys think!!!!!!!!!

Can't attach all pics. Here's 1 of 3. Pics kinda suck I know. sorry.
