i like that guys setups the most. you can either use a 2 chamber setup or a single chamber setup. the single will be easier, just find the biggest strongest tote you can find, i would recommend the tough box from home depot, its 27gallons, black, and wont flex a bit, for $12. The just space out your 6 holes on the lid and cut them out, get a 400-600gph pump, 1/2 dozen sprayers or so, build a little sprayer manifold out of 1.2in pvc or rubber tubing. Make sure it sits high enough to spray the pots and not get consumed by the roots. Hope that helps a little.

The pump just sits in the bottom of the reservoir under water, the water is then pumped through the pump, through the tubing or pipe(this is the manifold you build out of 1/2 rubber tubing or 1/2 pvc pipe, make it how you like as long as the sprayers are hitting the net pots) The sprayers(360) are just plugged into the pipe or tubing, the water is forced through the piping then out the sprayer, the water hits the pots and roots, then falls back down to the reservoir .

that pump should work, i would get as close to 600gph as you can, yes you will have to fill and change the reservoir, you can add a fill at the top and a drain at the bottom so you dont have to take the lid off

The method i use is, you have a set water line, everyday or 2 you check that water level, when its low you top it off with plain ph'd water, you change the res once you have replaced the total amount of water in the res, lets say you are using 10gallon res, once you have topped off with 10 gallons then change the res out with new water and nutes. Basically top it off everyday and change it about every week and a half.
