Sadly, I feel that American politics will remain irreparably broken until either Citizens United is repealed or we have another Great Crash and economic depression that leaves millions feeling like they have nothing left to lose.

That kind of desperation is dangerous to society.

This is why I'm involved in helping raise a coalition of the left of center, to hold a Democratic Party accountable in the face of their desire to keep sucking the corporate and SuperPAC cock for money. Nothing else seems sufficient to gain their attention.
