I've almost got a Bachelor's working on my Master's and I minor in English, so I can speak what ever the fuck way I want. And I can speak like a child too, cuz I'm real young, and if you're so thin-skinned that yall start bitching about me not wanting to pay base cocaine prices for muthafuckin WEED then you're probably one of those stuck-up assholes destroying the whole scene by demanding those sorts of prices. That, or some dumbass punk willing to pay that much himself.
I smoke the good good and grow it myself (when I even smoke it all, I rarely do as I have responsibilities and a strong work ethic), but when I buy I buy from the nice guys with reasonable prices, and since I'm not a little puss-hole cheapskate I don't buy by no fucking gram. I completely agree.. Gamberro did you ever take economics? Maybe you would be familiar with a concept known as supply and demand. maybe in cali or other medical mj states there is medical grade bud floating around everywhere, that is why you can get goody for cheaper. Different markets. In a high school most of the kids don't know the first thing about weed, it is probably the easiest market to work with since everyone knows everyone as long as you have some kind of social status. Bottom line, kids sell dirt for 20/g and make money consistently.
In college its different. On my campus near Philadelphia, "headies" go for 20/g. EVERYONE pays this price, and there just aren't any dealers that sell for a lower price, because they make the most money at the equilibrium price of $20 so why make less money? that's how markets work.

Yeah I'm not "knew" to any scene I was born into this shit, my pop's 66 years old and been growing and smoking since he was a punk lil teenager... HE is an "OG". Uh, yeah, I took economics, I'm majoring in International Business. And FYI, I used to buy from RDG & Kutz n deal all over Philly and you my son are a college boy. Even the best of us rip college boys off, you get your loans and it's a done deal. You gettin ripped off. You can head into North Philly and get your shit way cheaper, or if you knew one single hoodrat which ain't a mission but actually hard NOT to do living in Philly, but no you have your college buddies so you stay cool with them paying those shitty prices and acting like you know something.

You CANNOT compare prices in the 70's or 80's to prices now, there is a thing called INFLATION and it makes your currency purchase less and less. Know why a candy bar used to cost 5cents but now costs $1, it aint becasue its harder to make or the materials are harder to get, or the people have to work harder to make them. Nope, the only reason the price goes up is because they keep printing more and more currency making all the currency you own purchase less and less. ANYONE who says they study economics and then states that prices 40 years ago were less than they are now and do not understand why, are simpletons who don't pay attention in class.
Sellers will charge the MAXIMUM that people will pay, almost always. The only time a business does not is when they are looking to increase exposure to a market or are having a special sale to promote a product in the hopes it will stimulate more sales.
If you used to sell candy bars for $1 each but were only selling 1 a day and you change the price to 10 cents and you sell 10 a day have you increased demand in a profitable way?

20 a gram for hydro is totally on mark in the north east. 60 an 1/8 100 1/4 400 oz. In the city
lol its easy making money chopping. best way is just grow tons of nug outdoors, anyone can do it all you need is seed and general knowledge. then chop that to people you know that deal. chop it cheaper then theyd pay anywhere else.
or if your small time, find a hookup like 40 a quad, and sell g by g, you can turn a $30 profit on 7g's if you dont smoke any.
or buy an O and sell g by g. you can have personal and chops. decent profit and free nug for yourself.
When i was 14 thats how i did it. Id just buy a O from my good buddy who grows. for an ounce he charged me $120. Id have 7g personal use, and make like $200 off the rest. then id go to him with more and more money everytime. but then i started grabbin that kushy, $220 an O started making smaller and smaller profits cause everyone wanted the dank. eventually i just stopped and grow for my personal use now. i figure its not worth getting thrown in jail. i stopped choppin after highschool.
