hello first time poster here....i have recently purchased some clones at a shop in LA i have had them for a week and it appears that the shop over fertilized the clones as they are wilting/spotting in areas mainly on the lower/older leaves as the new development looks healthy. I will post pics soon. My main question is about my dead fan leaves towards the bottom of the plant. Do i cut them off at the root where it connects to the main stem ? bongsmilie thanksfor the help everyone.

yes that is coco....i was watering once a day straight distilled water. I got advice after the wilting started to hold of on watering for two days. I held off for two days and watered today. I transplanted them in the coco a week ago. I put the clones with the rockwool cubes into the basket and filled each basket with coco. I have 4 g-13 clones, 6 og kush, and one lonely sour deisel :-) all indica dom.Oh yeah i dont know the ph of the water i still need to get a tester :-/ i figured using ditilled water would be alright for now until i got a ph tester and started using nutes. BTW i am using a pioneer t-5 high output fluorescent for the veg and 1000w hps for flower. This is my first grom btw :-)

I heard the shop over-ferts their clones alot. I have been running pure water for the week i have had them. I had the lights about 12' above the plants when they started to wilt. I moved the lights to 24'...and still now change......held off watering for two days.Still no change......

you should adjust the ph of that water. it should be around 5.7 also if you have a ph pen see if you can get a ph reading from the wet coco. its a long shot but it can only give you peace of mind. i have a nice og mom i got from a club it seems alot of the co ops in socal are stopping the sale of cloness:neutral:
