ever read the art of war ? i cant go on a rampage. you have to win the hearts and minds of the people. As a united group and massive uprising on a complete uncontrollable level the gov will have to just accept it.

look at mexico, i saw some footage of some of their feds try to raid a place and they got shot at by some cartel guys and local people on the streets had the feds leave after smashing up their trucks and getting crazy. and they left...

this is a democracy... with the appropriate officials elected to represent us we can have change without the need for violence.

Violence against members of the Federal Government will absolutely not advance any cause.

We need to change laws. Frankly, we need to start with campaign finance laws, which is why we have such an insane federal system in the first place.
No reason to wait for either to happen. Of course the Republican Congress won't take action on them, so there is that.

theres bigger issues out there, any hint of domestic terrorism and people just end up missing. Key officials would have to be plain out removed by a radical willing to be put away for it during the appropriate time that a cannabis activist is able to take over the position to really change the tides.
I'd say people getting menaced and their money taken for no good reason by any number of police departments across this country is pretty big issue. Legalizing MJ at the federal level solves a lot of problems but not that one. Ending the War on Drugs might solve both.

i cant think of one off the top of my head but if there was a counter measure for each time there was a bust it would bring to light things pretty fast. like Ferguson, that was the talk for a good while and now we have this body cam thing started.

they still have shit going on over there too heres a person being hit by a car

Yes, I've read Sun Tzu's work. In this case, the Federal Government isn't an enemy, nor even a 'them'. They is us. We need to work to reestablish the bonds of accountability to the consequences of actions taken in the name of our government. Starting with individual accountability at every level, from street cop to POTUS.

Until legalization (decriminalization) occurs at the Federal level, they've plenty of room to operate. For one thing, the classification issue creates money hassles due to banks not able to work with them They recently raided a MMJ business and took 300k cash from him in San Diego. This was clearly against Obama's directives but the DEA did it anyway. They are a loose cannon and able to self fund by confiscating cash from anybody they want to.

That loose cannon is controlled by the Attorney General, Who appointed that person ? And that, fogdog is how you get it done and escape the blame.

"against Obama`s directives"... tells all.

What are you trying to say?

If I let you get away with going against my directives, and I`m in charge of you,...Didn`t you go to college ?

The best way to get this done and avoid the blame,...is to let you do it against my directives. Did you graduate or just take up Space as a major ?

First I must make a small correction, the United states may have been a democracy at one point, however it is now unquestionably a corporatocracy... for those who don't know what that means it's ran by corporations making "campaign donations." That being said certain institutes such as big pharma, alcohol industry, and tobacco industry don't want cannabis cutting into their profits... things you can do to make a difference. (Mind you these may require some work)
1. Write your legislators, have your friends write them, go on other forums and encourage them to write legislators this takes roughly 2 to 5 minutes and you can easily find out how to write them by googling "how do I write my representative(s). I would suggest writing everyone relevant to your location, house members, senators, governor, and president and vp.
2. Don't vote for EITHER MAJOR PARTY they are ENTIRELY controlled by corporations... the only candidate in this election that isn't and has promised full legalization and to get the money out of politics is jill stein... I would suggest if you vote to vote for her... I don't agree with every policy she supports but she is the only candidate not controlled by corporate america. Some will say she can't possibly win... this is not true with hard work and education to the "less enlightened or more brainwashed voters" she can absolutely win... the only reason a 3rd party vote "doesn't count" is because of scare tactics used by the major parties, we absolutely must break their grip on dc or it will be years down the road before we ever see full legalization.

DEA head Chuck Rosenberg is only acting chief until a new one is appointed. What's Obama going to do? He has a department that is running off the rails and he isn't able to fire everybody, though I'd like to see that happen. Its not at all clear that he can fire Rosenberg for following federal law. From a legal standpoint, his directive might not withstand a legal challenge and where would state legalized MMJ be then? Certainly, the Republican Congress would leap at the opportunity to make Obama and Democrats look "weak on crime".

On top of it all, they fired DEA chief Leonhart for breaking with his policies and not taking action when seven agents hired hookers in Columbia for a party. Even then that took a loong time to get done. Obama is in office for another six months. It's my guess that the DEA agents are running amok and taking advantage of the situation. Perhaps to enrich themselves but also because raids are fun!

You were in the military. You must know how managing from the top down has limited leverage. You also must know how long it can take to effect a change in leadership.

I'm not making excuses for Obama but you seem to be saying that Obama is for some reason complicit in this hot mess. I think you should look elsewhere.

Thanks for the advice. It will be filed appropriately.

How to Shove your Opinion Up Your Ass

Step 1: Preparation

Wrap it up. Although both sets of your lips are pretty loose, you want to make sure you wrap it up real tight to prevent it ever slipping out again.

Step 2: Lubrication

To reduce discomfort and inflammation, moisten the insensitive remark or backhanded compliment with water. After moistened, lubricate the wrapping with any personal lubricating oil or water-based jelly (Ex. K&Y, Vaseline, the blood from me dragging your ass etc.)

Step 3: Positioning

Lay on your left side and bend your right knee up into your chest. When in correct position, insert opinion. (jump to Step 4)

Step 4: Insertion

When positioned correctly, with your index finger, insert the pointless words into the anus. Once in the anus, increase pressure and press upwards into the rectum.

(WARNING: Do NOT remove finger until your shitty opinion is secure in the rectum.)

Ah such wonderful activists we have here. I thoroughly enjoyed the well thought out counter arguments.... it's simple you either unite as one or sit and wait and cry about how it isn't legal, pretty simple conclusion there.
