de carb before rick simpson oil

should i decarb before making? Havent been able to find a clear awnser... its going to be used topically but i doubt that matters...

No need to decarb. It decarbs during the boil...

Way more accurate to decarb later, when you can tell where you are at, by watching the CO2 bubbles.
