i personally hate it. i dont mind going BACK an hour (day seems longer...ie. at 2am it becomes 1 am) i HATE going forward an hour. i didnt get to sleep till 5:30a (couldnt sleep) and woke up at 10:30a today which is rare. im normally up way before that.

i dislike it because that means its gonna be hotter later into the night. where i live 100-105+ is fairly routine in the summer and the lows sometimes dont get lower than 78 on a streak of hot days. i hate where i live.

too hot for me.

It actually is supposed to save money, by adding more daylight during the day, it lets you keep your lights off longer.
this has been proven wrong just recently. that's why I said it. I'm sure it was a way of keeping DST around for old times sake.
