does any one here no how to disable windows vista's dataexecutionprevention for the java live chat app. i've added java to the list of keep open and there is no obvious way to turn off DEP without going in the OS files and searching through 5 gigs of shit to looke for one program

thats next on the list i hae windows 7 for free and have it on the pc i use at home. i love it im just waiting to get my portable hdd to backup some files cuz ill have to remove the vista partition on this hdd and and dump the memory

Go to command prompt, and type this.

setup.exe /ignoredeperror

But really, did you honestly expect to get a tech support answer on a forum with a bunch of potheads?
