Dark Brown and Yellowed Leaves, HELP!

Here is a pk clone ive been growing at a friends that was rooted about a month ago, theyere under 2 T5's, 24 hour light and being watered daily, no nutes so far. Im going over tomorrow to check it out but need some help. This one was taller than most of the others so it could be light burn cause they were almost touching the T5's. Could this be a disease or lack of nitrogen?? Im pretty sure they're getting bottled water or tap water. THis plant has it the worst and 2-3 other plants around it are slightly experiencing the same. I havent seen them yet but suposedly one of the others has darkened leaves at the lower stalks which makes me question whether it is a light burn. the leaves are also yellowing at the tips and partly in the center of the leaves. NEED HELP ASAP

mmkay first of all it needs a bigger pot the second pic. Then how old are they? It looks over watered and maybe nut burn what soil are u using? what is the ph of this soil?

Its a miracle gro seedling mix(i know not to use miracle grow but its light on nutes) i think the the levels are

Also, I guess il have to transplant them tomorrow, whats a good soil to use for now, in another 1-2 weeks theyl be outside, so is it worth it to transplant tomorrow or wait to pop em outside?

wait to pop em outside. what is the PH of the soil, and i know miracle grow is normally time release formula. Meaning more u water more nuts that get released, u should be watering them every 3 days ish not every day. U water till a little water comes out at the bottom, and dont try and flush because u will just release more nuts.

The thing is that its a seedling mix so its meant to transplanted out later, and so I dont think it would be nutrient burn. I dont know the soils Ph. What should I grab from the hydro store tomorrow if anything? Il get Ph paper but should I also grab any vitamins, nutes or other plant aid formulas?

yea get some nuts any brand really or ask guy best grow for soil tomatoes they will help

So just one bottle of veg nutes? or should I get N P K in different formulas...i haven't grown for a few years so im a little rusty I need some guidance een though the guy at the store will probably help me outt

The first picture looks like nute burn and the second picture is a Magnesium deficiency. Add 1/4 teaspoon of epsom salt per gallon PH to 5.8 and foilar spray once a night with the lights off.

Here the update: the leaves are getting a lot worse, they're being fed a vegetative fertilizer mix thats pretty diluted and with epsom salts and being foliar sprayed by epsom salts daily which is helping a little. It seems to be a magnesium or phosherus deficiency but I am still unsure. they're going to be planted outside this week, we're taking the better looking ones and putting them in soil outside and keeping the worse ones inside to see if we can help them get better. Here are some pictures please provide feedback asap.

So the plants are outside now and they got worse but now it looks like at the bottom of the stalks new fresh green leaves are forming which looks like a good sign. I just started feeding them mid-heavy dosage of veg fertilizer, epsom salts and vitamin B-1 since they were planted last week. Should this help or can anyone tell if there is another deficientcy from the picture that I should be dealing with. Also I believe the plants were root-bound in their last cups so hopefully being outside helps them out with that more as well.
