yes most charges are bailable..even murder. The question is can you afford the bail ?? Might not be able to first time around. You should know this stuff guy. No magistrate is going to let you walk in 7 hours on a attempted murder . No O.R. on that one. if so VERY rare

You probably missed it, Sky, but the incident where the guy was beaten into a coma was national news a few months ago. I read the news because I am curious about that happens in the world. I am pretty the pedicure shop has old issues of "People" laying around so you might get this "news" in a few months while reading about Bieber's latest egging incident.
