So I literally just found out my old man found two beastly PK plants two weeks ago in our cornfield while combining.

He left them outside (under a lean-to) , and now that it's snowed it's slightly moist.

Should I freeze the buds and extract or will the moisture be harmful?

If so should I properly dry it inside and then blast?

Lmk what you guys think I should do

get them inside and do a correct dry as much as u can

check the buds for mold ........see any cut off the bud and toss it keep checking that area for more if it comes back after a 2nd cut remove the whole branch/ section of the dry

understand that u will be getting a mix of corn pollen in your blow ....no way to remove it will have a somewhat taste to it

u might want to check out ice hash(bubble bags) methods .....not 100% but i think wet is more then ok to run

I've had friends that grew in cornfields and all their bud tasted a little like corn. You could tell it was grown in a cornfield. Never did any extractions with it but I would imagine that the taste would be in the concentrate also.

I have no idea about the watermelon, never knew anyone that grew in a watermelon patch. But I kinda doubt it.

no it would not taste like water melons

it is due to the high amount of corn pollen in the field (odds they went deep in to plant it ) so most of the air it was getting was laced with the corn pollen as the plants grow it was trapped inside coated into the glands
