When you've got the number of heads you want, and they are out of their last topping shock. If your going to attempt to flower in those 5's, id do it soon.

Both are great ways. Ive decided for me, its all about what the lady likes. Mainline if she is single cola dominate, and Scrog if shes super branchy.

Yea I got a couple that don't look too promising as far as ML goes. For JB what would you recommend?

I think Jillybean could do both really well. But i can tell you she KICKS ASS in a screen.

I'm trying to brain child a moveable scrog!! I might not need it it was thinkin of running a hose in there with loops @ the end of it with holes at the bottom so I just pour water in the holse up front cuz I'm working with a 4x4 box s I figure I could fit 4 good scrog plants in there!!!

I can tell you from personal experience that the hose idea is doable, but kind of a bitch. More frustration then its worth imho.
Id ether make 4 moveable plants.
or 4 plants (or however many) but so that you can get to their pots all equally easy (like train each plant into its own 1x4 slot) for watering.
or 1 big 4x4 plant scrogged.
What strain you going to use?

With a 1000w light, a 20 gal smart pot, and a killer scrog plant like Jillybean, 60days veg max - probably less. this is were pound plants can come in.

Would be fun to try! I'm gonna pop my 5 and do a short veg with LST and find my keeper then put the keeper in a 20gal smartie and see what happens!!

How many tents do i need in order to really have a good perpetual. I'm thinkin 3.

3 tents with 30days veg, and 60days flower, is pulling down a tent once a month. Thats where i am now, although i just got another tent. Moving to every 3 weeks. My goal is 6 tents, with one coming down every 2 weeks.

If you are planing on using a 600w light though, check out this tent man: http://www.greners.com/i/grow-tents/size/3-x-3/secret-jardin-dark-room-pro-dr90-ii.html

When it comes to tents, you dont want to skimp and get a lesser quality. I like Growlabs and Secret Jardins.

Strength, along with plastics parts that when heated, put off harmful fumes that you not only breath in, but get into your buds. But as for the strength, you need to be able to hang your lights, ballasts and gear from/on the framework and not worry about it collapsing on you. Plus most of the time, the good ones have more vents and ports. I like the "windows" on my GL80's too, cuz i can peak in see how things are going, without disturbing their environment. TOTALLY worth getting a good tent.

I have had good luck with lighthouse hydro tents there good quality and price. They sell LEDs too but the tents have been perfect for me.

One thing they don't have is that window which I would love to have.

So for some reason my lights decided that they were going to shut off last night at about midnight and I didn't find out till I went down this morning at 8 for their night night visit... I'm thinking there isn't going to be any real repercussions. But I need people to tell me it's going to be ok. But if that's not the case I would also like to know...

I'm on 12/12 so they got about 4 hours of light for their first day of flower!!! YAAAAY!!
