Ok, so include actual draw and the delivered wattage. Not all users are knowledgeable on the subject like we are and will believe that the "draw" is the actual wattage.

Just my opinion of course, what do I know other than it seems that everyone who is building lights now also complained at one time or another about other companies shady practices yet they continue with the shadiness. And damn that price is steep!

Its going to cost me $1000 to build 3 of those lights. Granted it wont have a case, but still.
i dont have a problem with a vendor rating a fixture as watts-at-the-wall, its as transparent as it gets

He's entitled to his opinion and therefore I'm entitled to mine;

It's a Damn fine light with top quality components that will make the buyer A Flippin' FORTUNE if he uses it well and diligently, so much so that it's well worth twice what you're asking based on expected ROI alone.

Everybody's a whiner about prices until they start their own business. Then they find out about cost real fast!

You sell these things for a reasonable price, one that covers costs including your time and warrant work, insurance, etc etc and the market will decide. There is always a niche for a quality product at a reasonable piece.

Yes of course someone can always DIY something cheaper... do we do that with everything? I know of no one who built their own cellphone.

I like your business model. The only thing it needs is time to work.
Someone just 'liked' this, and I reread my own words with a smile. @Stephenj37826 I don't see a lot of you around the forums anymore, but that's only because I know how busy you got with your business. Nicely done!

With as much grief as he got in previous pages, I don't know that I'd want too hang here either lol!
The arguments here are fine. I've been so busy with life in general. My uncle was killed on Feb 1 in Toledo Ohio in a freak work accident. He was my silent partner if you will. We never got to spend as much time as we would've liked together. He actually filed for his Social Security and was retiring in July to start traveling helping me with the company. We where going to have so much fun this summer. My wife was actually due the 7th of Feb as well so we've had a crap ton of personal stuff. The company has been super busy as well. So all in all I've been so busy. I haven't forgot this forum one bit. The 10% of the community that are trolls are forms of entertainment lol. Well I'll be getting on here more often. Sorry for the absence.

Enjoy the pics :)

Here is the current grow. 3 Blue Dream in the back, 3 Kosher Kush in the front (6 plants total, 7 gallon fabric pots). Pic was taken at 27 day from light switch, about ~20 days from first flower. All were done with seeds, clones were taken. Starting up the other side shortly. I suspect that I will have another 5 weeks in flower before they are done.

I am assuming this comment was meant for me due to the fact that you were originally replying to my response in all of that.

You must have missed my first build thread, and my results from my first grow with it (400w CXB3070 AB, 45.5% efficient, 10 sq ft yielded 1.21GPW 488g). While there was a delay, I am on my second currently under 600w of CXB3590 in a 4x4 area. Ill be glad to post my results, even if they are not optimal as I am just getting started again and did not have clones to run with.

Soil. FF Ocean Forest (2 parts) and Light Warrior (1 part) using Technaflora nutrients every other watering. On non-nutrient days, they still get a dose of Cal-Mag and Northern Lights Fat Flower. Water every 3 days and they get 2 gallons of water each.

Here is a closer pic of a top from the Kosher Kush.

Awesome! Cant wait for results. I have half of mine in. The Kosher Kush is not going to yield as much as the Blue Dream but it did not do bad either. Under 600w of CXB3590, I harvested 3 plants of Kosher Kush. 1 plant did not yield as well and I probably lost 30-60g. Glad I did not clone her.

Completely dry, I yielded 298g plus 60g of popcorn nugs. They will gain a little fat once they are brought up to proper humidity levels as right now they are VERY dry. Pretty happy though overall. If the BD yields like it looks, I am hoping to hit about 500g of that for 800g total. Time will tell though! BD should be cut this weekend.

I know I have given much hell to the pre-made lights, but in the end, they perform just as well and provide great product! Good to see your buddy's grow is going so well.

Not yet he says it's dry going to jar it now and get humidity right. I'm going back out to the show for final results of this harvest. Looks like you brought home the bacon yourself :)

Not bad, but not happy with it either. Like I said, a couple issues that will be adjusted next round. Kind of like your buddy had the first go around. 2nd is always better :)
