They look good. Do not mist them especially under lights. That may bleach them out a little. The leaves are going to go a little yellow sometimes its normal. It is actually a good sign means they are trying to root. When they start to droop thats when trouble has begun.

A little confused were they cut last friday? Are there any roots showing? U are not using a humidity dome?

They were cut 4/5 days before that. no roots are showing.
i do have a dome to fit. would it be a good thing to put it on.
and how wet should i keep the rockwool.

If they start to wilt use the dome. Usually 4 or 5 days along they can go without it. They have made it the last 4 days without it so u should be ok.

Rockwool can be tricky get an eyedropper and just drop a few drops on it when it looks dry. Just get the whole cube moist. rockwoll can dry out fast espiecally under the lights. U should start seeing roots in the next couple of days.

Not sure about that light. Make sure its not to hot. They do not need much at this point and it may slow them down. U want them to root before giving them a high amount of lights. Make them focus on developing roots not growing.

One more piece of advice. When they have a few roots poking out get them in soil. I assume that is what u are going to grow in. Put them in 1 gallon containers. Make sure the soil has A LOT OF DRAINAGE. I do not think this point is stressed enough here. Heavy soil is really really hard to deal with. Adding way too much perlite or whatever u use is better than not enough. U can control their watering and nutes much better this way.

Also, do not be in such a hurry to use nutes. I do not know what forulex is but that may have caused some of that yellowing. Ur plants will tell u when they need food. I would wait until the second or third watering before giving them nutes the first time in soil.

its not just being hot to the touch but its the intensity. I clone under two 12 inch 15 watters. But it seems to be working for u again I am not familiar with those lights. They are probably fine but u may want to do some investigating before u clone for yourself.
