Cut off stem after flowering, keep feeding roots?

Let's say I flowered my plant, it has a huge root system.

I cut down the stem and keep feeding the roots in an aereoponic system

In theory, it should give more and stronger stems, shouldn't it?

Last year I cut down a bush that was around 3ft tall. Today I come out and see that bush giving 2x more stems that are already 2 feet tall.

MJ is a plant, same logic should apply?

well your bushes are perrenials, and will come back every year.
even though you can prune MJ and it gets busshier, its still an annual. so once it flowers to maturity, it will die. unless you can manage to get it to reveg.

Ah, so Mj is an annual plant, got it.

Then we'll just go the good ole way.

Cut off clones
Flower while clones are growing
Repeat
