Also it's easyer for us to see what is going on with the HPS light off. It tends to take the detail out. I would say anouther couple of weeks yet. no bad thing. it will put on a lot of whight.

Stop saying cut when the hairs are red! this is not true!

in a lot of cases your hairs will be red by the time you harvest. Hairs or PISTILS is correct term have nothing to do with the finished product. Its all about you trichs! buy a scope and look at the suger crystals that form on your buds and leaves. look at them in the dark. there should be no hps light or w.e on when looking at them, can be deceiving. MAke sure most of them are a cloudy color or amber looking. then you'll know, till then, stop listening to these first time growers! and any grower who bases their facts from High times and this website!
thats why I am here. to Correct all of you!

Total agreement with SSH . . . pistil color reminds me that it's time to dig out my 30X Jewelers Loupe and have a good look at my trich colors/development. Doesn't HAVE to be 30X.
10X's better than nothing. For decent deals on loupes, check EBay. Of course, the larger #X, the easier it should be to see.

Get a scope and start looking. Your plant has some dying to do. I agree with FDD you may still have 4-6 weeks. Yes weeks before you are ready. Be patience.
