Curing question

I understand the drying process.
But the curing aspect, glass jars and burp two times a day.
My thought or basis for my question in the curing process could you put Argon in the jar. This would displace oxygen .

Any thoughts?

What does argon do that CO2 doesn't? After burping for a week I just throw in a boveda pack and let it go for a month.

You need the oxygen, it’s what helps the biological action in breaking down chlorophyll and other harsh components. The burping releases nitrogen and replaces it with O2. Once cured and dried, the Argon might be worth trying as a “preservative”.
