How accurate are the hygrometers in those?
The more expensive hygrometers can be calibrated.
So you can do the salt test and then calibrate them.

Or if you have a cheaper one...
Do the salt test and write down how many % your hygrometer is off.

Ya I still don't use the expensive ones, the salt trick works just like you said. But I did switch back to mason jars and buckets. The lids I spoke of in that post didn't last long, they ended up let air in/out.

Good day guys,

I fucked up my last grow when cured my buds.
I trim them as soon as I cut and put in on the net for around a week.
After I feel outside are dry I put it in jars and open it once a day for 2 weeks.
After that I open it every few days. Still got mold on it
Not sure what I missed Maybe they need more days to dry more to put in the jar?
When you put it in jar. how dry they are? mine is only dry outside, I can feel moisture when I pinch on it

I never know the RH in the jar. I see Boveda 62 can maintain the best RH for cannabis.
I want to try it for my next harvest.
There are few thing I need to get it clear,
Do I have to open the jars every day? or I just put the pack in and they will do their job?
I also see some video teaching how to "recharged it" not sure what that is.
This pack is rechargeable?

All the feedback are appreciate
happy grow
Get a hygrometre to monitor rh, $2 or risk losing yah crop
