So I ran an Ex Cheese I let it hang dry until outside was crispy, then jarred it. It has been in jars since then burping the jars for 2 hours every 12 hours to bring it to the cure zone. It has no awakward smell not like molking but I would call it a woodzy smell. I have done my research and have read a lot of info on this strain. Now dont knock GH I know its not alot of peoples 1st choice but i was refreshing and it was cheap. It does have a little touchy smell of "green" any suggestions on whats going on or you think it could be finished. I have a hygrometer but I think it lost calibration because when I stuck it in the jar the first day it read 76% and every day I stick it in the it goes to 76% evevn after I have burped and let it air dry for 12 extra hours after first reading of 76%. Does anyone have a personal expierence with this strain or any suggestions at all? Thanks in advance.
