Crystalline Questions

I'm starting with Delta 9 pure distillate and want to manufacture Crystalline solids. Distillate is very high in THC, Crystalline THCA converts into THC when consumed. Looking for guidance in the process. Are there concentrates that you can dab and have the potency of Crystalline?

Distillation decarboxylates the THC-a into THC. I know of no process to add back the COOH link removed at decarboxylation, so as to make THC a crystalline structure.

Thank you for your insight and the link. Can you recommend a process to create THC solids from Delta 9 distillate. Trying to take advantage of the "purification" during distillation.

Solly I don't, but the fish trap exists only because of the fish. If your goal is the fish, consider changing your trap design.

Precipitating THC-a crystals is easy and produces a relatively pure crystal, which you can solvent wash and centrifuge if you wish to polish it further.

I actually prefer dirty diamonds still coated in terpenes, for the aroma, flavor, and effect. Pure THC or THC-a is not all that exciting by its lonesome. Much of the effect that we attribute to cannabinoids, is actually terpenes like Myrcene and Linalool.

Great analogy. I'm going to make the concentrates I enjoy the most, not driven by potency.
