Crumbly hash

So, recently I bought some hash the first day it was sticky then the next day opened my hash container was all crumbly and hard to manipulate. What can I do to make it sticky again?
I'ts for bottle smoking.

I've tried but it seems like their isn't enough heat so it just gets dusty.

THC becomes active at around 200-225*. But you really should just smoke it as is. Why do you need it to be sticky?

So I explain I need to make little balls of hash to then put it on a cigaret, while my hash not being sticky I can't make em
