Hey everyone. I haven't been on here in a while but I thought I would drop in and post some shots of some new and upgraded rooms I have built.

Since its been so long since my last post I am starting this in volumes, this first grow is an 8,400watt 25 x 3G bucket DWC setup with piggy backed 120G reservoirs equaling a total of 160 gallons of water all circulating through a 1/4HP Ecoplus 200g water chiller. All ballasts are 600 w Lumiteks super boost ballasts and lights are air cooled with a giant 3/4 HP 3500 BTS 12" Box fan that we insulated, sound proofed and gave its very own room to. Then there are 6" booster fans where each 6" ducting goes to lights to help air flow (like it needs it).

All the buckets are sitting on wood pallets with thru-hulls facing down and irrigation plumbed inside of pallets to keep room tidy and water flowing at its best. Each flowering room has a 10,000BTU Air conditioner. C02 is added using bottled C02, sniffers and a central brain, I cram the small spaghetti hose through the back of a wall fan to emit co2 over garden.

Walls are neatly lined in panda plastic (Black and white poly plastic) and then within flower rooms covered in mylar. Floors in flower rooms are then covered in a heavy duty white tarp to reflect light and help keep room clean.

There is an entrance room where nutrients are kept, hand sanitizers, tidex suits, foot wear etc, a water room which has the piggy backed reservoirs, sink, more nutrients, ph/ppm controllers, co2 brain. Then there is a ballast room housing 14 ballasts, a fan and vents to cool them. There is a Air room which holds the massive box fan situated on 5 wooden pallets to raise off the groundto be light height and sound proofed, and finally the two flower rooms.

Pistol - There was 9 plants in one room and 15 plants in the other room with 16 600 watt lights running. To pull off a healthy heavy dwc harvest you need to go to major light and heat precautions so the intense light doesn't get directly on any splashing water, Hydroton rocks, lines etc. It will cause algae and pathogens in your water. Also saving life on your water chiller, allowing it to do its job with out breaking and money on hydro. Lining each bucket in thermal insulation is the best thing you can do for the health of a dwc system, aside from making it look like area 51. The white tarp on the floor is for light reflection as well as being able to find things you drop, get fallen leaves, etc

Plus you only get what you put in, and 9 plants can get you 9 pounds + if you do it right.

And you didn't see pictures of the water room or the air room!. That setup was truly crazy I agree.
I'll post some pictures as soon as I can.

seems to have fizzled out before the bang :/
his shit earlier looks nice though! I wish I had that space and the money it takes to fill it with the hardware of my choice.

Hey guys, actually that was a medical grow thats license never showed up unfortunately but there are more!
The only thing I could point out was the clear 1/4" feed tube might develop a problem with algae.
That 1/4 line was air line so it is ok to be clear ;) ... the black lines where the feed lines and the 1" through hulls where drilled in to the very bottom of the buckets so all the water left the buckets, they where raised on wood pallets and the return lines went in to the water room where two 140 Gallon reservoirs where piggy backed on to each other and connected to a 1/4 Hp water chiller. It was pretty sweet its too bad that place never got planted.

dbkick - some wire in before the meter. some go to jail too.
We paid the hydro company to shut down lines and then an electrical company to install an upgraded service, new poll, new transformer and a new board with bathroom (water resistant) plugs in the water room, yadda yadda. it was pro, and legal.. thats why its not planted too. Booooooo!

So, I came to this thread from a link in the "how hard is it to grow in DWC?" thread. It's prob the most bitchin dwc setup I've ever seen but only one prob. Where da fuck is the weed? I don't understand why you can't plant if you're legal and have patients. I mean if I dumped money on a setup like that I'd at least grow some strawberries or corn or some shit to sell/eat haha.

Haha no doubt. I said the same thing "Lets plant strawberries then!" but that equipment went to a better use. Sad to see all that work go to waste though.
