G'day fellow greenthumbs!

I just wanted to inquire about your experiences with the critical mass strain, there's talk about very high yields and all that, do you find the hype to be true? The site I ordered from (https://www.marijuana-seeds.nl/critical-feminized.html) claims fast flowering and dense high yields, ofc we all know about commercial talk but I'd like to hear from the growers! In fact I want to hear about any critical mass grows, even if you don't use this site, as the same genetics probably more or less play a role for the various seedbanks.

Hi pal, you will struggle to find anyone who has grown this strain on here iron google, as I did! Lucky for you I nutted up and did it. Tbf it did exactly what it said on the tin, reacted well to training and is noob proof, was my first ever grow I did 4 and got 12 oz and messed up soooooo many times with it. I super cropped and topped, would love to see what a scrog would do. Real dense buds, got them from the same website

I did critical mass as my first ever grow in a 240x120x200 2x 600w aircooled lights 1x 6inch filter no intake just outtake 18plants in 18l Wilma pots in plargon batmix soil nutes canna veg and flower bloombastic ph 6.0 I veg for 1-2 weeks topped the day I flipped to 12/12 overfeed a few times newbi first grow few problems nute lockout i evan got budrot and lost a good few colas and i still got between 3.5 / 4.5 oz a plant so i would say yes you get good yield i mean i fucked up a lot first ever grow no intake no space between plants all holding each over up i burnt the fuck out of em as clone by putting into batmix overfeed i got budrot and i still got 71oz dry my 18 where clones from a friends mr.nice critical mass.

If i was to run critical mass agen i would do 8 in a 240x120x200 2x600w lights 8inch out 6inch inlet 18l Wilma pots in coco canna a and b veg 3 weeks top and train and i would think you would get 8oz + per plant. But i wouldn't run it again as i find it a poor smoke so unless i was a cash cropper i wont do it

i have a pack of cbd crew feminized critical mass, havny popped m.. anybody know anything about the cbd crew critical mass?? they costed a pretty penny so hope they produce like they say and from cbd crew its suppose to have a high cbd, couchlock effect

Thanks for replying! First of all - wow. Impressive yield, especially for a first timer! big up! And yeah yeah I couldn't find much info either but thanks to you guys I feel even more confident about this strain. Btw. how long did you veg? what sized pots? And how was the smoke? cheers :)

Sorry don't know much about the cbd crew's, but I did check their grow reports earlier and the strain looks great. Hopefully someone else can answer you. :)

Yer buddy only needed 1-2 weeks i waited until all was about 13-14" tall then topped all at 12" so was all as level as i could get them i didnt really know much about topping or when to do it so i did it when i flipped to 12/12 they didny stetch that much maybe 24" so double the size but i had so many problems with the pure weight of the buds and my little stems just could't hold them up they was all supporting each over what made water by hand a real problem i just did to many but with it being my first grow i wanted to do 18 as i didnt really think i would get more than a oz but mu god critical mass really does mean critical mass evan for a complete newb i be thinking about running it agen now 4years later. The smoke was ok but with it being my first grow i did harvest early as i got budrot on a few colas and i pull the plug early the smoke was ok its a old school taste and not very strong maybe i just got a high yield and not very strong pheno as i run 18clones from the same mother

I did rdwc, the root ball was huge, took about 4 weeks to get from seed to 12" then I flipped for about 9 weeks I think. Never got any complaints from the smoke, no blue cheese or anything but that compensates with the sheer volume you get. I guess if you smoked a zip a month 1 grow would last a year with a few left over.
Guess its more of a cash crop tbf. It's been my favourite strain to grow to date as it response so well to training. A lad did ask if it had bud root on the odd ones but I think it just kinda looked like it because the colas are so damn huge. If it was for yourself to smoke I would grow a nicer strain but if it was a cash crop critical would be excellent for you pal

every strain that i have ever found to be advertised as a big yielder has been very low quality without exception. i look for resin/potency/smell/flavour, if it has all 4 only then will i be bothered about yield. and obviously it is all subject to taste, my taste could be completely different to yours so best to make up your own mind.

i have grown and smoked several different cuts of critical and only ever found one be noteworthy, guess what?.
it was a 10+ flowering time with small buds pheno so go figure lol.


quality over everything else!
