yesterday i noticed the curling down on the edges of the leaves. think it might be heat stress , hygrometer is in the post hopefully will arrive today.
am i right in thinking i am looking for temp 24- 27 degrees.

the browning damage to the leaves is from overwatering with full nuts at day 21.

since lowering the nuts to 50% plants seem much better.
I am thinking of upping the nuts dose to 100%

I have also ordered some molasses , to add at 1 tbsp per gallon.

I have added a yeast sugar solution in a demi jar , to produce some more co2 , not sure how benificial this will be , but it cant do any harm
I don't think those leaves would really do much as I've seen plants with no fan leaves at all left in the end but the harvest was good although I think it might just had been the sugar leaves taking it all in towards the end?

the plant that lost the most lower leaves, is budding slightly bigger ,ahead of the others ..

That looks ok, not sure how accurate it will be or how long it will last but it's better than nothing. You can buy PH adjusted solution to calibrate it with.

A carbon filter is a must if you live in a built up area, most people get busted because of the smell!! Another thing that works well alongside is an Ozone generator, they are around £60 for a decent one but worth consideration for the future.
Ozone+generator

one like this??

day 42

Lost a lot more leaves toady, yellow in colour,
temp is up to 31 at times
think i am going to have to leave the tent door open to try to keep it cool or its going to kill them.
that creates the problem of smell
if they carry on loosing leaves like this they wont survive the 4 weeks they supposed to have to go.
just cant seem to get the temperature down,
think i am going to have to invest in supernova-hid-air-cooled-reflector, but then i would have to buy a fan aswell for it, and how would i filter the air , havnt got loads of spare cash to spend on new eqiupment
or an inline fan blowing cool air in
any advise on cooling the tent would be greatly appreciated

You've probably lost all of those leaves from the damage caused earlier in their life, the ones that are dying now are just being used for their nutrients. You've done pretty well considering so just try to salvage what you've got.

If you're having heat problems now then imagine what it'll be like in the summer! If you buy photo seeds you can run the lights for 12 hours at night when it's cooler, but other than a fan and extractor fan you need to be getting some cooler air to that room. Can you open the door or a window?

got temps down with cool tube DSCF6505.jpg
going to upgrade to 6 inch fan and filter for next and use the 4 inch for intake

Plants are nearly there now , they are coming to the end , yellowing leaves, glistining like powdered glass on the buds, just trying to hang in there a few more days , waiting for amber trichs,
should i turn the lights off for 24-48 hours??
