Crimea Blue 2nd Grow.

just a little addition to my journal. I harvested one plant so far.. as i posted last. I picked up some ph up a few weeks ago for the first time in two grows. Well i fed one of my girls the recommended dosage of bloom foods. My ph was dropping. so i was feeding about quarter strength every watering.
Well after the recommended feeding ....the buds BLEW UP .. had a total growth spurt.
The only thing that sucks is that ... I under fed all of them for this grow i realize .. i would've had better yeild.
Moral to the story.
If you need ph up and down ..get it .. don't try and wing it yourself. I figured by dosing almost every watering i was still giving it what it needed. I WAS WRONG. I'll have pics posted up soon of what I'm working with now.

In a few hours my good man!!! promise i'll have some pics ... i deleted the ones of the freshly harvested buds so i'll post some of the dried ... to answer your question ...
no.. i didn't use any ph up .. remember .. this is my second grow .. I should've known better though .... due to that fact, i think the crimea is lacking in some flavor ... doesn't have a real strong smell yet ... still has that tea sort of smell to it, keep in mind its not cured either ... but when you bust a bud open.. you can smell some citrus, piney, herbal, and sweet for sure .. the same goes for the smoke ... it has the same flavor on the inhale and the exhale leaves a hashy, peppery, sour fruit taste that lingers for a WHILE.. .. the high ..
well ... it's not as potent as some strains i've had, but two tokes puts me there. The high is a bit confusing for me. The kind where you have your keys in your hand yet your pacing the floor trying to figure out what your missing before you leave. followed by a couchlock short thereafter. I haven't smoked much but later i'll be diving in a bit. I'll give ya a more detailed report and pics when i'm done.
Keep in mind i underfed, so i'm sure it's lacking some in flavor. Also keep in mind this one seemed to have different phenos. the other two cb i have going have a way more prominent blueberry smell... cant wait for them to get done. I don't want to give a rating on the smoke until i've cured it for a bit. but so far ... out of ten

it's a very interesting strain... have you started yours yet don????

haaaaaaaaaaaa.... no i just got done smoking a nice size J about a grams worth. I took some pics but i have to resize them.
If i don't have it done by tonight it'll show ya how good the crmea really is.

LOL Funny guy, well since I have CB I hope you dont get the pics up unless you are extremly stoked to tell us how good it is. Your thread has been on watch mode every 2hrs since you harvest. lol Well hope all is well and you didnt OD on the CB ")

I was doing the same thing before i knew what CB was all about... trying to find as much info on it as i could.
So what's up don?? how is your grow going???

i will be cutting the 5 main tops tonight, that was the 3rd smaller test bud, im happy with the high and all the trichs are milky, so yes im done with it. plus, everyones posts and pics yesterday all got deleted some how. im just ready to start the next grow now, so im gonna cut her down on monday. i will post pics and notes as i cut and trim tonight, LoL.

Alllll man Im stoked about my grow I stay up till the lights come back on at 3am and they go off at 9pm I have 5 moms 1 is lemon skunk 4 CB My CB is so beautiful Huge I cloned some about 2wks ago and I was wating for some $$$$ to get my flower room going (still is) I bout 2x3 wood and getting ready to buld it. I turn my 600watt hps on in the room a week ago and it rais temps very high so I had to buy a exaust fan from htg Im still nervous about the heat so I had to wait for that to come I think my clones are close to 3wks now my moms need to get cut they are getting real bushy Im doing SOG al b harvest every 2 weeks style so I want to get started. So how was the smoke? And be honest and hope you can get some pics up soon good luck with everything and thanks for your info and feedback.

nice... I sounds like you have an awesome set up!! I still working with these fucking cfls, which you will see .. didn't yield me much. Which is mostly my fault.. however ....
You have to give me some tips about how your grow. What are you vegging with?? . .... Have you noticed any different phenos yet in the CB??? All of mine pretty much looked the same in veg, except for one that had strong genetics and was resistant to more stress than the others....

The smoke is fucking great ... it's just like they describe.. lemony, piney, like i said in my last few posts ... VERY unique.
The high i've come to find out for me .. is a bit wierd. I notice i get confused a bit after smoking. it's a little mind scrambling for me. Other people have said it's very sedative-like Maybe i picked while they were cloudy as opposed to amber. .. i say about 2 hit will send you soaring. imo.
I think you'll be very happy with it ..
Keep in mind .. it seems like the other two CB seem to have different phenos so it may be a different experience with em.
the lemon skunk is barney right??? I'm not sure what strain i want to get next... I have Cream Carmel from sweet seeds going now also.. i just started flowering a few days ago along with a few CB clones... and a few Thai SS from DNA but i think they would be too much to deal with right now... anyway ..here's some pics ... the pic with all the buds.... sad to say minus about 6 grams ... it's the whole plant. It came out maybe a bit over an ounce .. anyways ... enjoy these for now ...

No the twin is the LA Woman i have. Keep in mind, I did cut the twin after the first week or so when i got advice that it might not work. That's fucking great to hear about yours though!!!!! still going! makes me wish i had tried to grow mine out ... the plant is nice ( LA Woman). Had i been a more experienced grower, i would've given it a shot. I never got to subscribe to your thread. I gotta find it and check it out.
But i'll be posting more pics soon of the other CB i took down yesterday, and the L.A. Woman looks like it'll have to be clipped soon due to yellowing and underfeeding it.

Coooool Im glad to hear the smoke is good im excited. Hey Im vegging with T-5 with 4 mix bulbs (from HTG supply the cheapest supply place in the world) and I have a 600watt hps for flower from htg also. All my cb looks the same I had one that was a runt I had to discard but the rest are looking real good. My lemon skunk is from DNA that little fucker is a runt too all my cb's are almost covering it but im working around it. Hey check out HTG supply they got some good shit, if you can find cheaper let me know. I fuckin love those pics man good job cant wait to see more ++++rep good luck

Yeah i look at htg almost everyday.. their deals are fucking great. I've been looking at the 400. I need something to increase my yield!! I'm just worried about heat. My grow is in the upstairs so I'm afraid that even with the tent open and an AC running with one of HTG's 8 inch fans exhausting it that it'll still be too hot.

this is something i debate about everyday. I'm afraid of spending the money and not being able to keep the temps under control, or the odor. IDK .. im using almost 400 cfl so i don't know if the heat difference will be much either. I need a bit of advice on what i should do keep it cool. But i've been looking at everything from a simple 150 to a 400. probably paying extra for the cooltube. and exhausting it with htg's 8 inch fans, i forget the cfm rating. Anyways if you have any idea let me know. My tent is 2x4x5
