creating a mother/clone/vegitative section

so I have one grow under my belt, and I am moving into my new place soon and have an extra room im devoting to the art.

I have a 400 watt hps/mh light which i plan on keeping for flowering.
I was curious as to what I should get for my mother/clones/vegitating ladies.
I was looking at (2) 55 watt cfl planning on keeping one mother, a couple clones, and a couple vegitating so I can have a constant harvest.
After the flowering plants harvest, I will move the vegitating girls into the flowering area, the clones will stay vegitating, and I will then cut of some more clones from mommy.
Is this an adequate design?
Money and Space is NOT an issue so I want the best design for around 5-6 plants in flowering at any given time.
What do you think about my vegitating area? I have a whole bedroom for this entire setup, so space is not an issue, and I live by myself.
If I chose to maximize the setup, what changes would you make so I could fill up this room. Could I just multiply what I have by 3? I.E. 3 hps lights for flowering
Thanks

thats the norm man .. continuous cycle is the best, but you have to worry about getting booked, they dont differentiate between budding plants, vegging and clones. They will count them all as individual plants, throw the entire plant with the roots and soil, weigh it and charge you the entire weight of every plant. Pretty sure anything over 10 or 15 plants is intent to traffic. So 5-5-5 could still potentially be "more" illegal .. Still though thats the best way, its what most people do, myself included, but I grow vegetables and herbs as well ..

any HID is good, overall hps throughout the entire process is better than mh, but if you can use both its ideal. Just get the right size bulb per size of the room or power cost. i got a 6x6 f, and a 4x4 v with 2x4x2 box for clones and autos .. 1000 w hps, 400w mh and 8 52w fluoros ...
