Crappy Genetics

I got bored waiting on some good seeds, so I grew out a bagseed from some bag of mid I got last year. I must say green, healthy, you couldnt kill this damn thing! I am gonna flower it now, just to see if it's any good.

You would be surprised at what you can get from bag seed. Even elcheapo bricko has gems.

Geez, its only 25 days old! I usually flower them at about a month, and they get big enough for me at 8-10 more weeks in a 5 gallon pot.

Around here theres quite a few going straight to 12-12 from seed and using CFL's the whole way.
Theres all kinds man...

i personally think that the title is a bit misleading.
just because a seed comes out of a bag of shwag, doesn't mean that they're crap genetics imvho, more than likely just badly grown, horribly dried, and not cure at all..

Gsc, Chemdawg and many more were bag seed, I think.

If you want to grow monsters have at it. I flower plants at 30 days all the time, and they triple in size in a 5 gallon bucket. Its not like I posted a picture of a sprout and said I'm gonna flower now.

Very true. I decided to grow this baby for just those reasons. I figure take some unknown strain and give it the best of everything, and see what quality I can get. So far its had 1/4 strength organic grow nutrients and calmag plus. I will introduce organic bloom in a couple more weeks, followed by a little Nirvana and Botanicare sweet raw in last 4 weeks. Followed by my usual 7 day dry, and month cure, before sampling.

When i grow haze variants from seed i only veg long enough (3-4 weeks) to get clones...then off to flower.I then run all the clones again...and find the potency much better second time around..

All genetics must have come from someone's bag at some point.

I found that even mexi brick is about par.

If I were to plant a bunch I found out that you get 60 percent female with slightly above average herm rate. Negligible.
You can also find fire.
