It's most likely the user was banned and he made a a second account and got banned again and than assumes we use IP checks for sock accounts got paranoid made a rumour
People really really hate getting banned from websites lol

Its always been my personal opinion
That I really highly doubt cops sit on rollitup all day
We're world wide website it would be impossible to know who's faking their content on here and who isn't just by scanning our websites
We have more international users combined than American anyways how is a random cop to know who's from what countries and where and who's breaking laws and who isn't
Seems to me they got better things to do than sit here twiddling their thumbs all day
But that's my personal opinion I'm not a very paranoid person

US Cops have no problem twiddling their thumbs. Sitting around here would be work. I am more likely to believe that they are twiddling their thumbs some place more fun. This place has shitty donuts anyway and no t-shirts.
