cracked seeds will they germ??!!

i just got some seed in the mail today and they all got smashed by the USPS but two of them are in good condition, but they have one small crack on them (both of them) now the question is... will they germ??!!

i cant take a pic cuz the seeds are small and i dont have a good camera...

i need some advice and knowledge from experienced growers...

Im not a experienced grower but you should go ahead and try it I mean it can't hurt.

I doubt it will germinate but it might.

Probably not, but what do you have to loose other than some of your time? Give them a shot and see. That is the only way to tell.
I would let what ever bank you got them from know that they arrived crushed. They probably won't do anything for you, but if you nicely bring it up you never know...
