Couple of Question to help me get growing!

Starting this spring. South Eastern US. Outdoor... Duh. I haven't grown before but I really want to. I don't have access to like top of the range soils and stuff. This is a super ghetto grow. Here's my questions dudes:

What Strain Should I Start With? (Buying from attitude seeds)
What Soil is cheap and easy to get?


Big question --

If I have a healthy plant, how do I keep getting weed from it? Also, is it easier to start a clone when flowering starts and then just kill the mother plant?

First. There is a section on this website for beginners. Spend a week or two flipping through the other 100 or so rookies asking the same questions and you'll find your answer.
Second. Do yourself a favor a do some research.

Your "big question" clearly shows you have little knowledge on growing.

You don't "keep getting weed from it". You start in the spring, feed, water, and care for it till october-ish when it's got big sticky buds, chop it down, and start again next year. It's not like a lemon tree that produces fruit each year, it's more like a tomato plant where it dies after you harvest your tomatoes and you plant fresh plants each year.
