If they are hitting on top water yes I do....I love using buzz bait when they are in the mood for it. I use a hoola popper a lot....and yes I use a frog(Moss Boss) as well. Bass fishing at night time in the summer with a hoola popper can be insane fun...when the moon is bright. Will have to around the next full moon. Didn't get around to it on the last one.

Fishing, gardening, and mom's homemade deserts!!! What more could a guy/gal ask for?

Well I got up early and cut myself short on sleep...just to get all but skunked. I'm scratching my head on that one. With this cool down thats been around for the past two days I figured I would prob slay the fish this morning. Caught one little guy and had a couple of other hits. Going to try and pile up the blackberries today. Checking with an ol boy today for his blackberry wine recipe. MMM HMM

Busy busy busy day but a great day. Shots of The Honey Hole this evening. Picked a gallon of blackberries on the way back to the house. Blackberry cobbler, blackberry jelly, and some blackberry wine. Now if I just had some good smoke.

We don't get the black berries up here & man do I miss them.
No so much picking them, but the eating part - yeah, that's what I miss.

Nosey Rosey got a hair cut yesterday along with a few others. Lizzy got transplanted into a bigger container. Amanda moved off the edge of the yard to dwell with Nosey Rosey and The Broads



Lots of inspection work and hair trimming to do today....pick some blackberries and hopefully time to get in some fishing late this afternoon.

Got everything in The R&R patch trimmed up. Then I hit The Honey Hole and trimmed it up as well...picked a gallon of blackberries on the way back home.
