Could you have a bomb as decor?

So I'm sitting here watching the military channel, and theyre doing a special on Pearl Harbor. They show a sunken ship that had been hit with a nuk, and there were some old undetonated bombs inside of it. These were bombs that were ready to be loaded on planes before it was sunk. I just started thinking to myself, hey it would be cool to have one of those. Then I thought, well hell those are just undetonated bombs, and I'm not so sure I could have that in my home. So my question is, Could you live in a home that had an undetonated bomb as a piece of furniture/decor? Also, the half life or shelf life of the bomb is irrelivant to me, its still a bomb that could go off at any moment. . .

Lol pearl harbor wasn't hit with a nuke :p the only nukes ever used in war were by the US in japan.

But anyway I wouldn't go putting bombs in my apartment.

you know you could just remove the explosive core and have it look exactly like a live undetonated one...

without all the radiation too... it doesn't have to be a nuclear device for it to give off radiation...

undetonated bombs pepper our world and we continue making more... tragic while moronic...

My dad was a fighter pilot. Yeah he had a couple of disarmed bombs around the house. I think they were from training runs though.

sorry, i should have specified. The ship that the show was refering to was the USS Saratoga. It arrived at pearl harbor dec 15 to help with whatever they could. The USS Saratoga was later used to test the A Bomb in 1946, and was subsequently sunk.
